Dump Cake Recipe, Gluten-Free


Super simple and easy to make, great when you want a unique dessert and don't really feel like baking.  The first time we ever watched Becky make this cake it looked so horrible before going into the oven – we couldn’t believe how good it tasted when it came out!!  And now, thanks to my brother Peter, we've discoved it's just as easy to make with a Gluten-Free Cake mix!!  Whoo Hoo!!  I couldn't believe he'd tried this out just for me.

1 can crushed pineapple, unsweetened
1 can peach or cherry pie filling,
1 box yellow GF cake mix
1 cup crushed pecans
1 stick butter

In lightly greased 9 x 13 pan, dump all ingredients one at a time spreading out evenly in layers.  Create layers in same order as ingredients listed above starting with pineapple and ending with pats of butter on top. 

350 for 50-60 minutes
